Cranksgiving is a national race, scavenger hunt, food drive held each November to gather food and supplies to feed and support those in need during the holiday season.  D&D Cranksgiving is open to anyone as a bicycle based scavenger hunt.  All riders will be given a mixed list of non-perishables, toiletries, and special items to pick up at any grocery stores, markets, or bodegas along the way.  Riders will start at D&D Bicycles in Westland, stop at any stores they so choose to purchase goods, and finish the ride in the given time, arriving at Kellogg Park (across from Sun & Snow/D&D Bicycles Plymouth).  Hines Park Drive is the easiest route.  Costumes Are Highly Welcomed (Halloween Leftovers)!!!

Bring:  $20-30 (Grocery Money), Bike, Helmet, Lock, and something to carry groceries in.  All food and supplies donated to Gleaners the week of Thanksgiving.

Bonus:  Pre-ride snacks, post ride cider and donuts, prizes grand and small, and fun times had by all.
