Cooking Matters

This six-week, cooking-based nutrition education course helps individuals and families at risk of hunger learn to prepare nutritious foods in healthy, safe, and delicious ways. Culinary and nutrition professionals volunteer to share their expertise with the participants, and class assistants support the instruction and the participants' engagement. This opportunity is for individuals.
