Fill the Gazebo

Fill the Gazebo is an annual Livingston County community-wide food and fund drive that began in 2003. Over the years, many Livingston residents, businesses, civic groups, places of worship, and other organizations have participated in this community drive. The Livingston County Association of REALTORS® has organized the drive for 11 years in partnership with Gleaners Community Food Bank.
Traditionally, this event takes place the first Saturday of May and coordinates with the opening day of the Brighton Farmer's Market.
Livingston residents are encouraged to bring nonperishable food items to downtown Brighton's Millpond Gazebo or to the Howell Gazebo near the Livingston County Courthouse on Grand River.

Fill the Gazebo: 2012
Last year, we collected 6,634 pounds of food in addition to $11,169 in cash donations. This provided a grand total of 38,610 nutritious meals for children over the summer.
