Thank you to everyone who was able to support this year's Iron Chef Competition! Returning Chef Patrick Srock of Oak Pointe Country Club went head-to-head with challenger Chef Sandy Blake of Mexicali Allies. The Chefs created an appetizer, entrée, and dessert with the ‘secret ingredient’ - Better Made Potato Chips! All votes came within a few points, with Chef Pat successfully winning his first Iron Chef title, and Chef Sandy winning the Fan Vote.
Great food was had by all, with attendees dining on plates prepared by several local restaurants and markets. More than 500 people came together for the 9th annual event, raising more than 300,000 meals for hungry individuals in Livingston County.
