In fiscal year 2025, Gleaners' generous donors, volunteers, and more than 300 partner agencies worked together to help us serve more than 1 million households across Southeast Michigan. In fiscal year 2025, Gleaners' volunteers completed more than 19,000 shifts, totaling over 51,000 hours. Our volunteers make a direct and meaningful impact on neighbors facing hunger by helping pack and distribute food and milk, plant and harvest vegetable gardens, facilitate cooking classes, and more!

Food & Fund Drives

In fiscal year 2025, Gleaners' partners hosted more than 600 Food and Fund Drives. Schools, businesses, houses of worship, and community groups helped bring in critical funds and food supplies that supported Gleaners' mission to solve hunger in Southeast Michigan and nourish the lives of our neighbors.
