The Agency is responsible for picking up all food donations for the staffed stores. Food donations are to be handled with the same requirements as other food received from Gleaners, safely stored and distributed to individuals and families.

The assigned agency agrees to fully staff the agreed upon Kroger location with sufficient volunteers per location, 4-6 volunteers.

The assigned agency agrees to return all fundraiser supplies. including bags and signage, by the following Tuesday of the event, as well as report to Gleaners the total number of carts of food collected.
