BECAUSE NOW MORE THAN EVER KIDS NEED BREAKFAST
Year after year, the cereal drive has grown, collecting nearly 11 million cereal servings in 11 years, reaching thousands of children in our community! The 12th Annual Cereal Drive will kick off June 4 and runs through June 11. The staff at Children’s Hospital of Michigan see firsthand the impact food insecurity has on children’s health and continue to work with Gleaners Community Food Bank to keep the children and families in our community healthy.
Although we cannot get together and fill buses and trucks with cereal, we can continue to help children eat this summer by donating to our Virtual Cereal Drive. All virtual donations will go to Gleaners Community Food Bank of Southeastern Michigan to support the community wherever the need is greatest this year.
Our Virtual Food Drive option allows you to donate funds online that we use to purchase cereal! It is easy, safe, and your donation is fully tax deductible.
