For the past 10 years, it has been Gleaners' privilege to empower families and individuals with nutritious food through the Mercado Food Hub, located at 2826 Bagley Avenue. We want to inform you that Gleaners' lease for this space was not renewed, and our Food Hub operations concluded at the Mercado on March 21, 2024.
We want to reassure you that Gleaners, in partnership with Ford Philanthropy, is deeply committed to supporting our Southwest Detroit neighbors!
We have been listening to your valuable input and feedback across our food services, and we are transitioning our food resources to several new and different locations across the community to improve access and serve more of our neighbors – you!
Thank you for your trust and patience as we transition to these new locations and for being a valued guest of Gleaners! We look forward to assisting you at our new Southwest Detroit distributions.
