WHAT:
Michigan owned and operated Emagine Entertainment’s newest creation Four Story Burger! in Downtown Birmingham is partnering with Gleaners Community Food Bank for a month-long burger promotion. During the month of April, a portion of the proceeds from the sale of each of the newly-opened restaurant’s special “Black and Blue Burger” will be donated back to Gleaners Community Food Bank of Southeastern Michigan. This specialty burger features a blackened beef patty with bacon, bourbon blue cheese sauce, jalapeño, spinach, tomato, red onion and mayo on a Crispelli’s sesame seed bun, priced at $10.
Located on the 4th floor of the Emagine Palladium in Downtown Birmingham, Four Story Burger! is the perfect location for a delicious and affordable meal before, or after, taking in a movie and is great for adults and families alike. The menu features an assortment of burgers, sandwiches, salads, sides and desserts to satisfy a variety of appetites, as well as a full service bar and specialty drinks.

For 40 years, Gleaners Community Food Bank has been “feeding hungry people and nourishing our communities.” Last year, Gleaners distributed more than 38 million pounds of emergency food to 534 partner schools, soup kitchens, shelters and pantries in Wayne, Oakland, Macomb, Livingston and Monroe counties. Of every dollar donated, Gleaners uses 95 cents for food and food programs. One dollar provides three meals for a hungry neighbor.

Million Meal Match Information
One in five Michigan children struggles with hunger, meaning they don’t have steady access to the food they need to live a healthy and productive life. Normally, $1 provides three meals, but during the Million Meal Match, every donation is doubled and $1 provides SIX meals for hungry children. The donation from Four Story Burger will be a part of this match and help feed hungry kids in southeast Michigan!
